Dolphin Apparels was established in January 1996 by Mrs Deepti and Mr Mitesh Verma. The idea of manufacturing and exporting leather coats and jackets directly to retailers in Netherlands have since then been the basic idea and concept for our business.
Today we stay as a flexible and independent factory giving ultimate service to buying houses and Retail chains all over Europe & USA. Working in the fashion business in close partnership with our customers we are capable of producing a wide range of leather items which fit to All generations.
We believe in using the best quality leather (sheep, cow, goat or buffalo) Since we aim to give our buyers the best, we source the raw leather ourselves, which ensures that it is of the best quality. The tanning is also an inbuilt process of our company and we demand that this is produced in a state of art facility which respects Environmental & Humanitarian ethics processing.
We develop colors and textures required by the buyers, making world class garments using the best accessories. The workmanship of each garment is controlled by strict quality inspection standards. Most of the garments are stitched within the factory to control variation across the garments.
Our teams are highly experienced and qualified personnel who ensure that every garment that leaves the factory is up to the standards required by the buyer.
We have complete in-house production facilities with separate sampling area manned by well qualified and experienced staff. The prices from our site are very competitive as we from beginning have been focusing in efficient and seamless control of our resource's.
As a family owned company it is of the most importance that our factory at Najafgarh comply with BSCI as well as SEDEX. We understand that not only does our family benefit from these compliances but the families of our employees are equally secure that their loved ones are working in a safe and fair environment. We have always ensured that the skins we use for making our products are a by product of slaughtering for meat industry, as no animals are slaughtered for their skins only.
Apart from developing samples from designs sent by the buyers, we also have a team which develops new designs for our buyers. To enhance the beauty of the garments, we are continuously updating our collection of accessories and linings as well.
Apart from manufacturing garments, we are also involved in the development of new qualities, be it in the tannery or using handpainting techniques on finished garment. Handpainting gives each garment a unique look and is a time consuming process which brings out the best in leather skins. We have developed and sold numerous qualities very successfully over the last 15 years. We can proudly say that handpainting individual garments is our forte and we excel in it.We strongly believe in ONE MAN ONE GARMENT policy which makes garment very exclusive designed and crafted individually for the end customer.We DO NOT believe in chain system.

Our manufacturing capacity is around 3000 pcs/Month Leather garments, which includes orders ranging between 50 pcs -800 pcs per styles. We specialize in every single order BE it 50 pcs or 800 pcs per style , That is why we are proud to say that we always stay Dedicated and Flexible.
